Serpent Mind

Like A Serpent in beautiful surroundings, the mind waits upon Truth, in order to claim it for it's own. The mind will "help" you "organize" Truth into concepts, (like Truth!) for that is what the mind does. But the mind cannot realize Truth, for the mind exists in consciousness, not consciousness in the mind.

Verb or Noun?

Always remember, Your "Life" is a Verb, not a Noun.

You are an event, a movement, an experience.

Your very Substance is Love. You are neither Lover nor the Loved, but the Love itself.

Be That. Nothing else is necessary.

Look out of the Window!

If you Want to discover your true Identity; don't look in a Mirror, look out of the Window! You are all that you perceive, and so much more. Why confine your "self" to the one limited body? You are Love. Love is The One. You are That.

I am a former Anglican Monk who discovered Advaita while still in the Monastery. I came to realize that Jesus of Nazareth taught Advaita, and that his spiritual system is based on Advaita.

I have read most of Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj's works, and have also encountered the life of Sri Ramana.

I hope to bring thoughts about living everyday life and the experience of Oneness, both from the perspective of Advaita, and in an enlightened Christian context.
